A study plan with AI assistance
Ask for a seven-day plan of fifteen-minute sessions. Then delete anything you do not understand. The plan is a draft, not a teacher.
Start with a task you already understand, such as rewriting a greeting or sorting a study list. Compare the result with what you know. If a translation, name, or number looks unfamiliar, check it with a reliable source or a person who speaks the language.
Keep private material out of the tool. That includes chat logs, identification numbers, and anything from your registered account. A useful result is one you can explain in your own words.
